Method of production

Manual harvest in 12 kg box, selection of bunches on the table and loading of the same destemmed by gravity system. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 15,000 l with automatic temperature control without exceeding 26 ºC. 15 months in French oak barrels.


Its composition is completely natural, which gives Columbus Gin aromas of the highest quality and with a lot of personality.


CATA's notes: Covered cherry in color, on the nose it composes a framework starring ripe red fruit, plum well combined with its toasted, dairy and spaced notes. Vanilla. Intense on the palate, hints of fruit and toast with refreshing acidity.
Service recommendation: Ideal to accompany roast meats, stews and Iberian pork. 15ºC.
Alcohol: 13.5º
