History
MARQUES DE GRIÑÓN™ are Signature Wines, created in the 70s by who since then has been considered the most recognized Spanish winemaker and international projection: Carlos Falcó and Fernández de Córdova, V Marqués de Griñón.
Elaboration
Selection of the best grapes from the vineyard, destemmed at 100% and then fermented with floating pomace hat at a maximum temperature of 28º. Once this is finished, the wine is kept in contact with the skins to obtain the structure and tannins necessary for its subsequent refinement for 18 months in American oak barrels.
CATA's notes
Round wine, very balanced, with an intense ruby red color. Very tasty, with a predominance of vanilla notes that support its aging.
pairing
Ideal to accompany game meats, roasts, poultry and cured cheeses. Serve at about 18ºC.
