MARQUES DE GRIÑÓN™ are Signature Wines, created in the 70s by who since then has been considered the most recognized Spanish winemaker and international projection: Carlos Falcó and Fernández de Córdova, V Marqués de Griñón.
Elaboration

Made entirely from vines grown on the clayey-limestone soils of the Valdepusa Domain (Malpica del Tajo, Toledo), owned by the family of the Marqués de Griñón since 1292. Manual harvest, followed by destemming and unloading by gravity into storage tanks. fermentation. Prolonged maceration for up to 4 or 5 weeks and aging in new French Allier oak barrels for 12-15 months in a heated aging cellar.

Deep purple in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass with intense aromas of black cherries, wild red fruits and spices, with hints of cinnamon, tobacco and chocolate.

Ideal companion of red meats, lamb or cheeses. An excellent wine to drink today, but one that will undoubtedly improve over the next 10 years. Decant and serve immediately at 15-17ºC.
