Produced following the traditional method involving a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine was kept on its lees for 24 months before being released. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Nota de cata
Pale straw in colour. Fine and elegant with a balanced aged bouquet. A full bodied cava with a creamy texture and lingering aftertaste.
Wonderful on its own, with strawberries, canapés or tapas.
