History
Elaboration
Harvested by hand, with an exhaustive selection of the best bunches both in the field and upon arrival. We work in a "personalized" oenology, with minimal intervention and sensitive to the unique characteristics of this vineyard. The aging takes place for 20 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels.
CATA's notes
A delicate aroma of small series joins a pleasant and almost refreshing sensation of orange peel. The wine has a subtle persistence, supported by nuances of cocoa and graphite. Absolutely attractive today, the wine has great aging potential.
pairing
It is a great choice to accompany cured or semi-cured cheeses, red meat, game and stews. Decant and serve immediately at 15-17ºC in large glasses.
