Production Method

Made from the icon red varietal of Spain, Tempranillo. After a slow fermentation to maintain maximum fruit flavours, the wine is transferred to American oak casks to age for 6 months before being bottled and released.

Tasting Note

Dark cherry in colour with a purple rim. Aromas and flavours of ripe fruits, with a hint of oak and vanilla coming from the short oak ageing. On the palate, this wine is soft with subtle tannins and a balanced finish.
