Production Method

Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, the wine is slowly fermented at a controlled temperature not exceeding 28C to achieve maximum fruit extraction. Short ageing for 6 to 8 months in American oak casks before bottling.

Tasting Note

Deep ruby red in colour with aromas and flavours of rich red fruits and a touch of oak. This medium bodied wine is smooth and mellow. An excellent all round wine suitable for any occasion.

Cheese, barbeques, roasts, pasta & pizza.
