Production Method

The carefully selected Viura and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are initially kept in stainless steel vats at 15ºC. Fermentation is then interrupted at 35 grams per litre of residual sugar.

Tasting Note

Pale yellow in colour with aromas of sweet tropical fruits. This semi-sweet white wine is luscious, but still fresh due to the balancing acidity.

Food Match

Ideal as an aperitif, with Asian cuisine, cheeses or desserts.
