Production Method

Produced following the traditional Rioja winemaking method. The must is fermented at a maximum of 28ºC. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to American oak casks for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting Note

Deep ruby red in colour. Aromas and flavours of ripe, supple Tempranillo fruit and hints of vanilla. A medium bodied wine that is well balanced by good acidity and oak nuances.

Roast meats, stews and casseroles.
